Making presentations easy
Zoho Show is an excellent web app that will allow you to make easy, professional presentations in a matter of clicks.
Presentation software can often be expensive, but when there are online apps such as Zoho Show available, you'll never have to worry about buying it again. This multi-featured and very user-friendly website allows you to create any type of presentations from scratch or to import existing presentations in a variety of formats.
Creating and modifying presentations with Zoho Show couldn't be easier. There's a full presentation editor, and you'll be able to add images from your computer, Flickr a> or Picasa a>. Zoho Show auto-saves as you go, and there's options to share the final product or indeed, to make it public.
Zoho Show is easy to sign up to, requiring just the usual username and password. By creating an account, you'll actually have access to the entire Zoho suite, an extensive range of office-oriented web apps. Zoho Show is currently in beta and, for the moment at least, is free.
Although Zoho Show can produce very professional presentations, the interface is informal and perhaps even a little childish. This has no impact on your final product, but might put some users off. Also bear in mind that at the moment, Zoho Show doesn't allow you to add audio or video to your presentations.
